GMass doesn’t connect to an Excel file directly, so you have to convert your Excel spreadsheet to a Google Sheet.
If your Google spreadsheet has multiple worksheets, you will be able to select the specific worksheet individually as your wish. But for only one worksheet, you don’t get this option to choose google sheet. Then you have to load the list of recipients.
You can be able to monitor your recipients open, click, reply, or other engagement actions on your email by updating your Google spreadsheet. To have GMass create a few additional columns in your Sheet to track this data, check the “Update Sheet with reporting data box.
You can personalize your email by inserting merge variables in the Subject/Message wherever you want to personalize.
